Dear Open Access users,

it is not sure when we will be able to solve the problem with the broken
sample changer. In the meantime please:

  * pick up your finished samples from the other instrument as soon as
possible (you can simply include it into your morning routine)
  * try not to overload the left spectrometer with samples for full
analysis (2D and 13C) as it should still primarily be used for 1H
    screening

*For samples (especially full analysis, 1H, 13C, COSY, BS) that you
would usually measure on the right Open Access spectrometer:*

Please submit them to the Service in the 400 MHz lane (Probenabgabe) and
mark "Open Access" on the submission form so that we know that these are
simple samples that can be measured in the Open Access. We can still
measure 2-3 of such samples per day on the right Open Access
spectrometer changing the sample manually or we will measure them on the
Service 400 MHz machine. In this way, you will definitely have your
results earlier compared to waiting for a full analysis from the other
Open Access spectrometer, which gives spectra of much lower quality by
the way.

Thanks for your understanding!

Best wishes,

Your NMR team
